We understand as a consumer purchasing products online like golf clubs can be a more difficult choice versus testing them out in store.

We’ve created a way for you to now feel just as comfortable purchasing our products online as you would in stores.

Irons

30 day return/refund on all stock iron sets. All clubs must be returned. The 7 iron will be allowed as a test club that can be used, but not damaged. In order to receive a refund, the rest of the irons (4,5,6,8,9,PW) must be returned unused and in brand new condition.

Any custom built sets of irons or custom iron heads are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Please email info@haywoodgolf.com before returning any set of irons to confirm the return delivery address.

Wedges/Putters

30 day return/refund on all stock wedges and putters that are returned unused. Any custom wedge and/or putter are not applicable for return/refund.

*We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to ensure that it complies with our return policy before providing a refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any taxes/brokerage fees that are associated with the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on our inspection of the product.

*30 days return/refund within 30 days of delivery.

 

Order Turnaround Time:

Due to significant order volumes, we are typically seeing a 1-2 week (5-10 business day) timeframe to build orders. We build in order of date purchase to ensure fairness for every customer. We work as quickly as possible to get your orders built and shipped and we welcome any inquiries about your order at any time.

Shipping:

We use standard shipping methods from Vancouver, Canada and the carriers we use vary depending on the location of delivery. Shipping times range from 1-3 weeks depending on the location of the delivery. Typically within the USA we see a 1-2 week delivery window. Regarding International shipments, we typically see a 1-4 week delivery window, primarily due to COVID delays. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.  We provide full insurance coverage and tracking on each delivery and customers are automatically sent tracking information via email and/or text once the order has shipped.

If you would like to inquire about expedited shipping, please respond to your confirmation email with the request and we will reply within 24-48 hours with an estimated surcharge for the expedited service.
