SV.2 Irons

Very happy with this set. It is so nice to have a club with my custom specs, they setup so comfortably and feel really nice to swing. I paired a 6-AW with a 5 hybrid and after only a couple of rounds golf feels more enjoyable than an off the rack set.

If nothing else, these irons look stunning. But they also play well too.

Once I adjusted to the weight difference (I got shafts that are a decent bit lighter than my old irons), I've been hitting these great. Very forgiving and they feel good even on less than perfect strike - while good strikes feel like butter.

They're a little pricier than some of the other DTC brands, but not by much. And they're obviously significantly cheaper than the big brands. Excellent value overall and I have no regrets.

I love the irons, hit super flush, feel great, sound great and are absolute cannons!!

My first brand new set of irons and I am absolutely thrilled. Just got off a 6 round trip with these and I am beyond stoked with how they performed. I'm gapping better distances and I'm really impressed by the response. Awesome customization options through and through. I ordered the 5-PW set and will be looking at Haywood for more clubs in the future.

They even threw in a hat and towel which is much appreciated. I did have some skepticism about DTC golf brands, but I held my own against the other big brands no problem...not to mention the price point, in my opinion, is perfect.

The clubs, the people, the journey. From the minute I stepped in the door Jackson was friendly and welcoming. The data he collected from my swings was explained and shown to me was easy to understand. The detail in the data was amazing. The choice of the SV 2 irons was the best for my game. Finding the right shafts, length (I stand 6'7"), and grip size will improve my game. Once I ordered my clubs online about two weeks later I received a beautiful email from Haywood to be patient because Haywood clubs are not just pulled off the shelf. Who does that? I received my clubs, iron set, 4 wood and hybrid, and set out as soon as possible to try them. I've been out 4 times before I put them away for the winter. I won't lie, I struggled. Not because of the clubs but because of my bad habits. On my 4th round my game had improved. I'm still lifting my head but that's not the clubs fault. I love the look of my clubs. They are so much more forgiving than my old ones. I am still trying to find the distance of each club and that'll take many more rounds. I'm sad that my golf season is over but looking forward to the spring. Thank you Haywood for the journey!

Had my signature V2 irons for around a month now and I love them. Quality components and feel. Ball flight is great the sound off the face is amazing. Really cannot recommend these enough if you are on the fence I can tell you now you wont regret buying them.

Got fitted for my signature irons in January. Haven’t been out on the course yet, but I’ve had a bunch of sessions at the golf sim.

The feel and sound of these clubs is unreal. They feel identical to the p790 that I had tried before getting for with these. For 1/3 the price, to have the same performance, I would buy these again and again. They look beautiful. These are replacing my ping g20 iron set. The feel of a pure strike with the signature irons is so good and they are very forgiving on an off center hit while still giving feedback that you didn’t strike it well.

These are slightly stronger lofted that my previous irons but with the custom fitting and having the proper shaft for my swing the distance has increased immensely. I hit the Haywood 7 iron the same distance as my ping 5 iron.

The fitting process was so informative, incredibly thorough and professional. Getting the proper shaft for my swing and swing speed has helped get the proper ball flight and spin rate for me.

Used the signature irons for this golf season, and I am impressed. The feel is fantastic, the forgiveness is high, and it's an all around great set. Been shooting my best scores this year and can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the clubs.

I purchased a set of sv2 irons about 2 months ago. I had been gaming the cobra 3DP irons and was impressed with the Haywood build quality and performance. Being a club junkie with a “problem” trying different iron sets, I find the SV2s to be one of the best values out there. And performance/quality equal to anything available.

Second set of iron i buy on haywood and love so much! Smooth contact and great style. Next set i would like to try cb2 :P

I received my SV2 the beginning of May. So like a kid at Christmas i went and hit them immediately. It did not go well cause someone could not keep his head down lol. Amazing look and Feel and like the other reviews I could not complain if I had too.
I was looking at getting Tokomo irons (i am one who does not always get the Taylor made, Callaway irons) I had a set of PXG and wanted something new. For some reason Haywood golf popped up on Facebook so I took a look/watched videos on you tube. Reviews were fantastic
I proceeded to order the SV2, I was able to customise everything I wanted not just what was on the shelf.
Today golf prices are through the roof, I was able to get the irons shipped to my door (i live in NS) for less than a Titleist driver.
If you are in the market do yourself a favour and customize your own set of irons, and your welcome!!!!!!!

4 rounds with these and I'm hitting them better than any iron I've hit over the past 3 years. Looks great, feels so solid when struck.

This is an excellent set of game improvement clubs, the quality and tech is amazing, they look great. By far the best DTC golf clubs I’ve had far better than some other more in your face brands. Well done guys these are winners all day long.

I ordered sv2 irons 6-aw 2 degrees weak and received them after two weeks (delivery to Germany). They are very forgiving, feel soft, don‘t sound hollow like some other hollow bodied irons and look quite sleek for a game improvement model. Turf interaction is great. Since they were shipped from Northern Ireland I didn‘t have to pay import sales tax which was a great bonus.

Irons came very quickly and were perfectly constructed. Performance has been better than expected!

I think these are the best clubs I have ever owned. I had bought a Haywood putter last fall and liked it so I thought I would try the irons. I'm 70 years old and only 5'4'', that's on a good day, lol . I never was a long hitter, as an example when I was in my 20s my 7 iron was my 140 club, over the years that had gradually gotten shorter, down to about 130. Five years ago I bought a set of Ping G710 irons and regained some distance but now that was back to about 135. With these new SV2s I now carry 140 with my 7 iron. The first time that I tried them I took both this new set and my Pings to the simulator and I would say that these are almost a club longer than my Pings. Having them built to spec for me with the lighter shafts is a game changer. These are a great looking club as well, and you certainly can't beat the price. Shipped right to the door for about half the price of the big names. Living in central Ontario I've only been able to play them indoors on a simulator so far but I can't wait for spring to get here and get out on the course. Have had these for a bit over a month and absolutely love them. Look great, the online fitting is easy. Only been able to use than at the sim so far but huge improvement in feel. Would highly recommend and I live that they are a local BC company.

Good quality irons. Striking them well. Similar feel to much more expensive irons. Only knock would be the finish gets dinged up. No impact to performance!

I love the look and feel of them even though I just played one time they are everything I wanted. I live in Michigan so late November makes golfing scarce but I will give an update when I can play with them more.

I found Haywood Golf at the Seattle Golf Show, and I was really impressed with the people and the quality of the products they had on hand. I took the plunge and ordered the SV2's 4-GW with the Dynamic Gold Mid shaft.
WOW! Great ball flight, and hot! But with stopping power on the greens. Love the clubs! They are high quality, look great, and the price point is outstanding!

I've been an advocate of DTC golf companies for a while. However, my choice of new forged irons at the beginning of the season proved to be a mistake. I am 76 and have been a mid-80's golfer forever. I could not break 90 and thought it might be time to find another "hobby". I discovered Haywood on Youtube with Matt Blois & SAS and found their reviews compelling and decided to place an order. The crew @ Haywood were very accomodating as they got my order out in time for a Fall golf trip. I got 8 rounds in before our season ended and never exceeded 85. I am so relieved that these irons have brought the joy back into my game. The only negative I've experienced is every once in a while I get a metallic sound when hitting off a tee. These irons are at least a 1/2 club longer and very forgiving. Great job!!!

Bought these after being extensively fit into the Callaway elyte clubs. Wanted to support Canadian products. Ordered the haywoods as close to specs with my Callaway fitting. The haywoods were amazing. Hit better with them for 60 percent the cost. The customer service is also great. Will probably order wedges as well. If it means anything, I fed all my trackman stats into CGPT blinded and picked the haywoods as by far the best performance compared to my pxg and Callaway elyte.
