Golf Club Builder / Order Prep Associate
Join our Vancouver operations team in a hands-on role preparing, finishing and inspecting custom golf clubs before they reach our customers. The position begins with order preparation and quality control, with the opportunity to develop additional club-building skills.

The work
What you'll do
- Prepare and pack custom golf club orders for shipment
- Clean and finish completed clubs to Haywood's quality standards
- Perform quality-control checks on completed builds
- Organize components and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace
- Assist with basic golf club assembly and building
- Learn additional club-building processes through hands-on training
The fit

- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Comfortable performing hands-on and repetitive work
- Organized and able to follow established processes
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Interest in golf, golf equipment or craftsmanship is an asset, but not required
- Previous club-building experience is not required; training will be provided

Compensation & perks
$20-$23/hour | 32-40 hours per week
