With our 7-Iron Purchase Program, you’ll custom-build and purchase a brand-new 7-iron in the model of your choice, complete with your preferred shaft, grip, and adjustments. It’s not a demo—it’s your club, built to your specs.
After you’ve had the chance to play it, you can complete your set with confidence. When you’re ready, we’ll provide you with a discount code equal to the price of your 7-iron to apply toward the purchase of the full set. Any model, any adjustment—your build, your way.

Love that the Haywood team has this in place. Ordered the 7 MB with an X-Stiff True Temper shaft and the custom ferule and have absolutely zero regrets. About to order the full set although still playing around in my head whether I should commit to the MB's fully, go a mixed set and or commit to ordering the custom 100's which look incredible. Ahhhh, tough choice :).

I have been really impressed with what Haywood is doing. This purchase program is a great way to figure out what you want in a club and try it out before you commit to the purchase of a full set. The other thing that has blown me away were all the available options that allow you to customize your clubs to your own liking. Really impressed! My buddies have all switched to hollow body irons so I thought I should give them a try and I stumbled across Haywood Golf. Being a bit of a club junkie I have owned sets from most manufacturers and I have to say the build quality on this club is fantastic, even the finish on the ferrule is flawless. On my current forged Wilson irons the fitting put me in a lighter shaft then I am used to and although I like them they have always felt a bit hard to control, So I ordered a moderately heavier shaft with the SV2 head and it feels as good as any iron I have owned and the distance is excellent and consistent. I'm at the Sim twice a week in the winter and I am finding the numbers on this 7 iron to be considerably better then my current gamer so the plan is to have the SV2/PD1 combo set ready for the spring.....Well done Haywood Golf!

Haywood made it easy for me to get a demo club to try before I made my purchase decision. It turned out to be a great fit. I used the Haywood online fitting tool and it worked well. I liked the club and decided to buy a set of the SV2 irons. I also drove up to Burnaby from my home in Skagit County, WA, to get a full fitting and make a decision on a hybrid or a 4 iron. It was a super experience and I’m looking forward to getting my set, with hybrid.

So far, so good—I can’t wait to get the full set! This trial has been a great way to get some peace of mind before buying. The club feels great, and I’m excited to dial everything in over the winter. My old clubs were all standard, but a fitter recommended changes to length, lie, and stiffness. Trying this out first has been really helpful, and I’m very pleased so far.

Was looking into Haywood and some other DTC company’s but my biggest issue was trying to to dial in my specs, specifically the shaft. (Current set was way to light). This purchase program was great way to kill two birds with one stone!
Got the PD.1 7 iron with 120g stiff shaft and I have been loving it! Much better flight pattern and feel compared to my pxg 0211s that I have outgrown. Definitely going to plan to get a full set soon! (Plus being able to customize the hozzle area is a nice touch!)

Good looking 7 iron built to my specifications except that they forgot to make it 1 degree strong. Still a little stronger than the 7 iron that I am using and I'm hitting it about 4-5 yards longer.

I was having a hard time of deciding what model I wanted between the CB and MB I was also having a trouble with want ferrals I want. So I placed the order on a Thursday afternoon and the next Tuesday I got a email there were picked up on the way. Went to the driving range as soon as i got them and loved the MB which i was surprised about (i currently have 845fs silver scotts old but still good CBs), glad I spent the money to test what and how i want to order over the winter session.
